Property Care & Maintenance Service

If you are to be away from your property for a time, our Care and Maintenance Service will reassure you about its safety during your absence.

We will visit the property every week to check on security, the general condition of the property, the operation of the heating system (eg when in use during a winter period) and deal with any miscellaneous matters such as the collection and redirection of mail, any cleaning you instruct us to arrange, the maintenance of the garden, etc.

In addition, if you are away for a lengthy period, at quarterly intervals we will carry out a thorough full inspection and report to you in detail with any recommendations on any essential maintenance or repairs which might be required to ensure that no deterioration of the property occurs.
