Fees

Residential Letting and Full Management Service

Initial Charge: Special Offer!!  If you instruct us to find a tenant for you as Sole Agent, we will waive our usual fee of £75.00.

Management Fees : Given the current climate, competitive rates available. Please contact us for more information regarding our up to date monthly fees.                                

Monthly accounting charge :                                         £5.00
(no charge for quarterly accounts and payments)

Rent/Legal Protection Insurance Premium :               3.50 % of the rent collected
(including insurance premium tax at the current rate)

Change of Tenant Fee :                                                 £70.00

Residential Letting, Only Service

Initial Charge: Special Offer!!  We will waive the £75.00 fee if we are instructed as Sole Agent.

Letting Service Fee

                 (payable when the tenancy has started)    50% of one months rent

Check Out Service                                                        £50.00

Inventory Preparation
The fees above include the preparation of a detailed inventory and schedule of condition for your property except that an additional charge of £30 is made when a property is fully furnished

Property Care and Maintenance Service

There is no initial charge for the Property Care and Maintenance Service. Our fee for the service is £35.00 per month, plus any additional incidental expenses incurred on your behalf (such as postage for mail redirected, any gardening or maintenance bills etc)

VAT at the standard rate is added to the fees above
