Fees

Residential Letting and Full Management Service

Initial Charge (payable when you instruct us) :       £75

Management Fees :

• rents below £750 per month                         12.5% of the rent collected
  
• rents of £750 per month or more                  11.5% of the rent collected

for the management of a portfolio of several properties, the fees
above are discounted by 0.5% per additional property subject to
a minimum charge of 10% for 5 or more properties

Monthly accounting charge :                                £5
(no charge for quarterly accounts and payments)

Rent/Legal Protection Insurance Premium :        3 % of the rent collected
(including insurance premium tax at the current rate)

Change of Tenant Fee :                                        £60

Residential Letting, Only Service

Initial Charge (payable when you instruct us)          £75

Letting Service Fee (payable when the tenancy has started)

• for rents below £750 per month                75% of one months rent
  
• for rents of £750 per month or more          60% of one months rent

The Letting Service Fee for re-letting a property we have previously let for you will be discounted by 20%


Inventory Preparation
The fees above include the preparation of a detailed inventory and schedule of condition for your property except that an additional charge of £30 is made when a property is fully furnished

Property Care and Maintenance Service

There is no initial charge for the Property Care and Maintenance Service. Our fee for the service is £25 per month, plus any additional incidental expenses incurred on your behalf (such as postage for mail redirected, any gardening or maintenance bills etc)

VAT at the standard rate is added to the fees above
